My name is Blythe Williams. I am a technical writer based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Interned and later employed as an in-house technical writer and animator for Delta ModTech in Ramsey Minnesota. Wrote user and maintenance manuals for custom adhesive manufacturing machines. Additionally, aided the sales and marketing departments by using free, already available programs to create digital models of and animate complex machinery.
Outside of standard work, added immense value to the organization by spearheading multiple initiatives to comply with ISO, ANSI, OSHA, and CE regulations and standards. Including but not limited to redesigning all machine safety labels, working alongside IT to create an online manual delivery system, overhauling the human-machine-interface’s help screen, and creating a permanent online delivery system for the documentation department.
